Get help with Mark & Carry.

Email support@followusai.com with what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Do not send private notes or a full score export unless support asks for it.

Restore Pro

Open Settings in the app, choose Mark & Carry Pro, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

AI Coach help

AI Coach needs Pro, an internet connection, and at least three saved games. If the app does not recognize Pro, include the Support ID shown in Settings when you email us. Do not send a score export.

Export before deleting

Open Settings, choose Export, and save a CSV before deleting scores or the app. Pro can also prepare a PDF report.

Sync help

Confirm that iCloud Drive is on, Mark & Carry is allowed to use iCloud, and the device has finished connecting to the internet.
